Returns
If you wish to return your order, you can do so within 14 days of receving your order; the customer will be responsible for return postage costs. Item(s) must be UNWORN and UNWASHED, refunds will only be issued after assessment of return items.
Items Lost in Transit
By ordering from us, you agree with our shipping times. Most orders get delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors such as customs inspections can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us and we will gladly send out a replacement order, or issue a full refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order is faulty or damaged, then you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, if the items are found not to be faulty, a refund will not be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
TheOutfitCapital.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Outfit Capital will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Order Cancellation
All orders are final, once placed, an order may not be cancelled; any returns must follow our refund policy.
